Psycho Owl

....stealing souls with her glance.

Amber is quite small for a female eagle-owl but she makes up for it in sheer character. At the time this picture was taken she was having a bit of a melt down and had become really aggressive. Her tight grib would give you pressure bruises aswell as her powerful bite that could pinch your skin up through the glove. But after a break from working and being fed-up and brought up in weight she has calmed down and turned back into a nice owl.
In this picture we were feeding her and I'm sure she would've managed a small child too.
